I current have DACA about to expire in SEPT/29
overstay tourism visa and applied for AP thru DACA to see my grandparents (went to my country and back in MARCH 2015 without any problems)
PD - 04/26/2016 CASE WAS RECEIVED (I-130, I-765)
Biometrics done - 05/23/2016
RFE sponsor - sent by USCIS 06/02
RESPONSE received by USCIS 06/10
so far thats it.. hope it goes fast.
