I'm on F2a (spouse is not citizens)category my PD is October 2015, I'm here in USA with F1 status . Today visa bulletin August 2016 adjusts of status chart showing that I can apply for i485 for seeking permanent citizens. Any one can help me in this regard . Your help highly appreciate
