Hey yall
TIMELINE: They received my application on May 20th, get Notice OF Actions (May 26th), got biometrices appointment mail on June 8th, it was scheduled for June 21st which I have completed.
No online update, getting a prompt that the receipt number is invalid so I don't know what's going on with my case.
I Called their 1.800 number and the reps were nice but didn't really help, well except from reassuring me that not being able to view my case online doesn't affect the processing of the case. And while they've acknowledged that i should be able to view my case status online by now, they have suggested that because there are some maintenance work being done on the site may be the reason some Ppl cases have not yet been added.
Anyone else in the same or similar boat?
