Hi there! So my partner and I submitted an application for adjustment of status to the Chicago Lockbox June 22nd. Checks cashed June 30. July 4 we got messages with receipt numbers, which do not work when checking on a case online. So its now July 13 and we have not received anything in the mail.
Is anyone having a similar experience? Is this normal?
