For an I-485 case, is the time from the Priority Date (PD) to the interview different if a foreigner marries a green card holder versus a U.S. Citizen?
For instance, if the foreigner married a U.S. Citizen, rather than a green card holder, is the time frame to an interview faster and by how many months (assume a location in New York City and both the husband and wife are alredy in the US).
