I need help with I485 application
Hi,
My wife and I filed our I485 6 month ago. My I140 was approved under National Interest Waiver category (NIW).
My wife applied for EAD card. We just received a letter indicating that her I795 application was denied. USCIS said that my wife has filed her I485 under refugee or asylum category. However, we filed our case based on approved I140 NIW. Can anyone help us about this problem?
If any information is wrong in our I485 form, can we ask USCIS to modify our application? If so, how?
