Need advice for F2A category please

this forum is so helpful everyone helping each other spontaneously , i really need help some one who has same visa category F2A . My wife is LPR she filled i130 petition for me October 27, 2015 , that was approved on march 10, 2016. now i'm waiting for adjustment of status the recent visa bulletin state f2a category can adjust status august 2016 https://travel.state.gov/content/visas/en/law-and-policy/bulletin/2016/visa-bulletin-for-august-2016.html
but another pages of uscis showing it is 14th November 2015 https://www.uscis.gov/visabulletin-aug-16#About , now im so confused pls anyone help me , i really appreciate for your help
