Mexico H1B extension stamping
Hi folks,
I have a Mexico trip planned in August and I was planning to get my H1B extension stamping done.
My visa expires end of Aug 2016. I have a few questions if anyone has or had a similar experience
1) What is the process? Is it a 1 day or 2 day process? Assuming its not a drop box process like in India.
2) Since i am going before my current visa expiry in the worst case scenario if they won't stamp or require many days to do background etc, Can I return back without stamping because my current visa is unexpired?
