2 Different Responces for Service request
I am really confused, I have made service request twice.
First response from uscis says case is ready to schedule for an interview since Jan 2016 and recently made any request through congressman, this time the response is the case is stuck under background check.
I do not understand which response is accurate and to rely on.
Please advise if anyone had same issue.
My PD is Oct 2015,
