I entered US on B1/B2 Visa on March 27, 2016
April 08, 2016 - Got Married
April 21, 2016 - Mailed out my Case (i130, i131, i1485, i1765, i1864) concurrently
April 25, 2016 - USCIS received the case
May 11, 2016 - Received notices of case acceptance on all 4 forms
May 14, 2016 - Received appointment notice for Biometrics
June 01, 2016 - Biometrics Taken
June 16, 2016 - Received Notice to submit i-693, that was missing in my case.
June 22, 2016 - Online Status is written "Case is ready to be scheduled for an interview"
July 21, 2016 - till today haven't received any updates on any of the forms and its about to reach 90 days
My case processing centre is MSC (National Benefits Centre)
I need advise that should I request for case status after 90 days because (i131, i765) have a timeline of 3months on USCIS website.
Please advise. I need to travel for domestic purpose outside US.
