Finally Got Biometric Appointment Notice
Since i was worried and was reading this forum last couple of days daily, and got lots of sharing..I posted my concerned though but admin did not publish...I have some updates and Feeling to share:
Sent EB2 based I-485, I-131, I-765: 5/31/2016
RD: 6/1/2016
NOA: 6/8/2016
Fingerprint Fee RD: 6/7/2016
Then no update, created account with USCIS, it was showing last activity: 6/13/2016
I decided not to call them anyway, but lost patience as not receiving bio metric notice and called them on 7/21/2016, they said my cases are still under pending and did not send letter yet, they will send appointment letter when ready. Advised to open account with USCIS for checking updates online.
Today (7/22/2016 - after 3.00 pm) got sms that my EAD card is ordered! and emailed also! They will mail my card to my address soon! Quickly later got another sms and email that my I-765 is approved and they will send NOA soon.
After work I see my biometric letter also in my letter box! They set appointment on 8/5/2016 9.00 am! Really surprised of these quick changes in one day!
More info: my EB2 was approved on 4/22/2016 as premium processing. I took little time to send I-485.
