Hi,
I am planning to go to Tijauna, Mexico for H1B stamping. Here is my situation-
1. Entered USA with H1B Visa from Employer A.
2. Visa was extended for Employer A.
3. I changed to Employer B and then to C.
Now that I am going for stamping , I have a couple of questions -
1. Is this considered an H1B Renewal on my DS-160 questions? Or this is a New H1B since it was transferred to a new Employer?
2. I am going with my Wife(H4 Visa) so should I have 2 different DS-160?
I would appreciate anyone who can help me.
