You wait outside, don't bring a bag, only documents. You can leave your cellphone downstairs, and they will give you a key to pick it up after your interview.
Have your passport, appointment confirmation, and application ready to go.
You go upstairs, you get your documents checked again, including your photo. You can take an instant photo in a booth upstairs for 10 CAD.
Fingerprinting.
You then go to the top floor.
Questions are standard, what do you do?, what's your background?, what does your company do? what was your status before H1B?... fairly standard questions.
Paid the fees, Visa Approved, and left by 10:30AM.
Website showed 'Admin Processing'.
Monday July 25th, website showed Issued, around noon.
Few hours later, July 25th, got an email with courier information
Expected pick up later on Monday July 25th, or Tuesday July 26th morning.
