Not sure if I can still apply for Advanced Parole
Hi,
I submitted a concurrent filing of I485 plus 131 and 765 in June....I am the beneficiary and my husband is a U.S citizen. On my i131 i applied for reentry permit when i should have applied for Advance parole. Can I subsequently apply for AP? will i now have to pay the $360 for the AP document seeing that I already filed a 131? they sent receipt for everything except the i131 and I had my fingerprints done and on the appointment notice it said for 485 and 765.....no 131.
Please offer me advice as to what i should do next? thanks
