RFE after 2nd interview
Hi everyone,
So, finally after almost 4 months after the second interview, we received a RFE, which to me it looks more like an intent to deny. USCIS is saying that I was found "inadmissible to the US pursuant to Section 212(a)(6)(c)(i) - Fraud/material misrepresentation. They are requesting a form I-601 filled out and sent to them within 84 days.
I'm definitely going to hire a lawyer because I don't want to send wrong stuff, but I was wondering if any of you had the same outcome?
