I filed for Adjustment of Status through marriage (forms I-130, I-485 and I-765) and my timeline is the following. Applyin from Fort Mill, SC.
Priority Date: May 16, 2016.
Biometrics: June 23, 2016.
Change of status on I-485 to "Ready to be scheduled for interview": July 12, 2016.
Today is day 71. No news yet about EAD and I'm bored to death. I also have a job opportunity and can't wait To start working for both financial and mental reasons. Anybody else filling from Charlotte, NC area or northern SC? What is your experience with EAD "work permit"?
