AOS interview living in different states
Hi,
I am on a OPT extension and working in Portland (Oregon) and my wife is a US citizen working in NJ. We met 1 year before we got married recently in May 2016
We are doing a concurrent i 130/i 485/ I 131/I 765 filing but were concerned that we live in different states.
Has anyone been in this scenario?
Has anyone got RFE on this?
Would appreciate pointers and advice on the documentation needed for the interview.
