I am adjusting my status thru same sex marriage. We already had our interview last June 24, 2016 and we received a letter from USCIS asking us to submit some more documents such as; 1) letter from my spouse employer proof that he is still working with the same company; 2) affidavit from third parties attesting that our martiage is genuine nd not fraud; and 3) asking me for a proof of employment authorization which i do not have since i came here on B1B2 visa and i just work as a caregiver as a reliever but i do oay my taxes.
