Adjustment of Status - I-485

We our interview was 07/26/2016. The interview went well, the IO said they enough evidence to say its a bona fide marriage but the IO said her supervisor and her will decide after. She didn't say exactly said it is approved, so I ask her if we are having another interview and she answered "no". I was married before that is how I got my old conditional green card, The IO left the room with my old green card and when she cameback she told me its still active and It is not terminated yet, but it supposed to expire on 2014. The IO said your current green card is still active we have to terminate it first then we can apply your new case decision that is why I cannot give you a straight answer. Then she ask me I why I did not apply for "removal of condition" from my first marriage. I told her I don't think my ex-wife will sign it. Then she ask to write down a statement about my first marriage and reason why I did not file for "removal of condition" a very brief one.

Our lawyer said they are having internal issue from your old green card that they have to fix first before they could give us answer your new case.

When I check my case status online tonight, the date for "Case Is Ready To Be Scheduled For An Interview" was changed from March 23, 2016 to July 29, 2016. Looks like we are having second interview or I am hoping its a mistake. I am so confused, I am okay to have another interview my wife and I is ready, I just dont know what will they ask for if they already said they enough evidence to say its a bona fide marriage. I need help guys. Anyone has the same experienced?
