Hello Guys i need help
05/15/2015 finger print fee accepted
06 /10/2015 finger print was done
08/03/2015 EAD was approve i got my card , SSN was done and starting working end August.
03/28/2016 i went interview for my I 485 at the local office it was not so good because my wife did not get a US passport yet because it was pending .
04/12/2016 we got a notification that the I 130 is pending because we need to add my new born Baby birth certificate for them to approve it .
This same day my I 485 was denied to because we did not prove my Wife US citizenship so we should nt i file all together
05/02/2016 we send a letter to the IO that did the interview asking her to look at the case again with all the request evidence
MY wife US passport copy , my Baby Birth certificate and her passport
06/24/2016 the I130 was approve
06/24/2016 my I485 after review , we have reopened you case or reconsider the decision previously issued . we will mail you a notice under a separate cover once all the action has been completed
06/24/2016 Request for Evidence my Form I 693 was expire
07/05 / 2016 i Submited to USCIS
07/07/2016 my case was Updated we have receive your correspondence for the Form I485 we are review our correspondence and we will mail you a notice if we need something from you
du for my I485 denied i did not renew my EAD on time i send it on the 06/27/2016 with a money order $380 but the return the money order back to me that i over paid and they are processing my Form I765
now i am out of job because my EAD is Expire , my DL is expire when i call the USCIS i should wait ? can someone help me ? what should i do ?
