Advance Parole while waiting for Interview - Phx Office
Hello guys,
I've been waiting my interview to be scheduled, based on marriage, in Phoenix office. My PD is 01/19/2016 and still didn't hear back from them. The case is ready to be scheduled for interview since 03/11/2016, although they are doing well and the office is really fast. I am not sure what is going on. I got my EAD card back in April for one year and I didn't apply back then for Advance parole. Now I am looking to go for two weeks back home. Do you know what is the process to do that while they are processing the i485? Will it be valid for 1 year with multiple visits? Do you think they will also take 3 months to process it?
