i 485 approval timeline
just wanna share with u guys..i was interviewed in san bernardino county AOS base on marriage.
here is my timeline.
April 4 2016 package sent 130,485,765
April 8 2016 received notice of action receipts for the 3 forms
April 20 2016 received biometrics request
May 5 2016 received letter from uscis (requesting for initial evidence affidavit of support)
had to find joint sponsor.
May 8 2016 submit the affidavit of support
May 11 2016 biometrics done
june 13 received letter (interview date july 19 2016)
july 18 2016 ead card received
july 19 2016 interview day. IO did not even greet us when he called from the waiting room.did not even smile letting us know he means business.
Interview is done after 30 to 40 minutes.
Did not say anything if we are approved or denied
Gave us a paper that says case must be reviewed.
july 20 2016 checked status online (case must be reviewed)
july 21 2016 4:30pm checked the status (new card is being produced)
around 5pm the status changed to (case was approved both 130 n 485)
july 28 2016 i got my gc in the mail without any update online before july 28 2016.
after i got the card in the mail status changed to card was delivered to me by the post office.
Then just for the heck of it on August 2 2016 I checked my status again i 485 online it says (on july 30 2016 we send your card to the address you gave us.
