Request for initial evidence (online status) June 30 2016
Physical notice request received (tax 1040) July 6 2016
Response sent July 7 2016
Response to uscis request was received (online status) July 11 2016
Made online service request August 3 2016
Online status updated NEW CARD being prouduced August 3 2016 (same day)
This is within the 90 day timeline and just to say the clock doesn't always start over for all cases.
How long does it normally take to receive the actual card after New card being produced status?
