I am an american citizen filing for my spouse who is currently in the US and entered legally.
July 18: sent forms i485, i130, i131 and i765 (concurrently filing)
July 19: Packet received
July 26: Receipt notice emailed
July 30: i797 Receipt Notice hard copy received in mail.
August 5: Biometrics Apt Received scheduled for August 16th at 2:00 pm
Everything seems to be moving really fast . By the time we will have met our one month mark we would have already done our biometrics and will be waiting on EAD in the mail and Interview scheduled.
