Hi everyone,
Thank you in advance for your help. My I-485 is stuck at RFE response received since June 7/2016. I spoke to L2 today but all I was told is my case is in queue for interview. And when I as why it isn't updated to case ready for interview, they don't give enough response. This is becoming frustrating. Has anyone had similar issue? Please see bellow for my timeline and share your experience.
4/15/16 Package arrived at Chicago lockbox
4/22/16 Check was cashed
5/07/16 Received Biometrics Notice for appointment on 5/24/16
5/21/16 RFE for I-864 received
5/24/16 Biometrics Done
6/07/16 RFE response received by USCIS
6/07/16 I-765 expedite request submitted
6/18/16 I-765 expedite request completed and New Card is being Produced
6/28/16 EAD received in mail
08/05/2016 - I-485 still showing RFE response received by USCIS
