I485 Interview Preparation Confusion
Please help me with your sincere advise as i am quite confused right now. My Pd is August 25 2015, I have interview scheduled for Sept 6 2016. When i submitted my application last year, i used a joint sponsor who used his 2014 tax return which was the most recent tax return in 2015 to support my case as at that time. Now that i will be going for interview in 2016, will i be needing my joint sponsors tax return for 2015 which is now the most recent tax year or will the one already submitted and accepted by uscis be sufficient to see me through?
