EAD finally approved (New York)
This is my timeline so far :
4/25 : Documents sent to Chicago Lockbox
4/28 : Priority date
5/3 : Check cashed
5/7 : Received NOA
5/23 : Biometrics done
6/23 : RFE sent (form i-94, form i-684 badly filed so corrected)
6/21 : RFE Response was received to USCIS
7/11 : Call after 89 days for EAD they told me to call after 91 days so 2 days after.
7/13 : Call and they told me that my case started from day 0 the day they received the RFE
8/9 : Request online for EAD
8/10 : New card is being produced !
So happy ! It was so hard to wait ! Thanks God ! I waited 104 days for being approved.
Nothing on form i-130 (Case was approved) or form 485 (Response for RFE was received).
Wish all of you good luck ! It's a hard time but never despair !
Fingers crossed for the rest of the process !
