I am a Nigerian by nationality. I came into the US with a B1/B2 Visa and i met a girl(American Citizen),in 2015 and we got married in 2016 but before we got married,she was in between job and the highest pay she made last year(2015) was 11,000$/Year and she filed it but now she makes 45000$/Year but she has only been on the job for about 6 months now.
At this moment,we are ready to file for a change of status and work authorization,so i need to know if we need a sponsor or if we should go ahead and file it without a sponsor.
