hey, we had our interview on the 08/09/16 and it went good..except RFE for medical exam..
well i thought i did the shots and for my understanding i needed to go back to the doctor after month which i didnt ! , i really hope i dont need to do more shots because its expensive..
i have the shots record and its :
immunization
influenza injectable quadrivalent
mmr
Tdap
Varicella,
if you have an idea of the validation of the shots let me know..
the io said its the only form i need before approval of the i-485
