I am applying for US citizenship and I am a Permanent Resident from Mexico. This applies to Houston, Texas as of 08/14/2016
05/02/2016 - Application sent
05/10/2016 - Application received
06/02/2016 - Biometrics notification
06/16/2016 - Biometrics done and status placed under "in line for interviewed"
08/12/2016 - Status changed to "interview scheduled"
I have not yet received the actual letter with the interview date, but it took 2 months to change the status from "in line for interview" to "interview scheduled". I will update my status as I go thru the process.
