how can i expedite my EAD card
Here is my timeline:
06/24/2016: Mailed out Form I-130, I-485, and I-864
07/05/2016 and 07/08/2016: USCIS has received form I-130 and I-485
07/21/2016: Mailed out Form I-765 with receipts of I-130 and I-485
07/26/2016: Walked in for Biometric
07/27/2016: Got email notice that I-765 has been accepted and routed for processing
08/01/2016: Got NOA in mail of I-765 said USCIS accepted the case on July 25th, could not check status online by the receipt number (“My Case Status does not recognize the receipt number entered”)
Couldn't check the online status of I-765 now and called uscis, they said it will take 45days to have the case showed online.
I know it is fairly early now to expect any changes on my cases, however, I have a job opportunity and the hiring manager said he will wait for me until the first week of September to get my EAD card. Is it possible to get it by that time, I kind of doubting it but still have hope. I have job right now, so I am not sure if I can expedite my EAD card with the new job offer. I really like the company and want to get the new job.
Anybody have the same experience? Any suggestions are appreciated.
