ABOUT TO FILE but Worried
Hello EVERYONE, please I would really appreciate your kind assistance/contribution.

I first came into US on a B1/B2 visa last year 2015 and this is my 3rd consecutive visit. During the course of this third visit, I met my current U.S citizen girlfriend who is now my wife on an online dating site. We soon discovered we had a lot in common and really loved each and every moment between us going forward, so we decided to date. We only dated for about a month and she first came visiting because we were in 2 different states. I proposed to her during the visit and she accepted and we planned and had our little beach wedding with some family members present (photos taken). Now, she wants to file for i-130 for me immediately after the wedding.

But now here are some of our points of concern:

1. We have only been married for a month and she plans moving in with me any moment from now for us to file for my Adjustment of status, but would there be reasons not to approve it due to the short duration of our marriage and relationship?

2. She works on a part time job which doesn't provide enough financial back up for her to file for affidavit of support for me. Can my uncle (who is a third party) co-sign to support on the i-864 form?

3. We have both are subleasing a part of my family’s house (the ground floor) to be in our names and have us pay utility bills for that until we are financially stable to get our own place. Would it still hold as a valid proof of bona fide marriage?

4. If Number (1) above doesn't hold, how long could we then live together before filing for the adjustment of status and would it affect my i-94 expiration date for my B2 entry visa and thus result in an overstay ?

5. Can copies of (a) her flight ticket used in visiting me, (b) screen munched images of our earlier chats, (c) joint bank account statement for a month, (d) receipts of gift items exchanged between us be enough to present as supporting documents?

We would be grateful for your candid support and advice as this is really giving us some serious thoughts and concerns on how to go about this. Thank you
