Me and my wife (U.S. Citizen) got married beginning August. I am from Europe.
We filed documents for Adjustment of Status (I-130, I-485, I-765, I-131). Documents were delivered to USCIS Chicago office on 8/22/2016.
When should we at earliest expect e-mail confirmation or mail notification that our case was accepted from USCIS for consideration and that processing has started? 2 days, 2 weeks, 2 months? What are your experiences?
P.S. We also filed that form where we request notification.
