My husband is USC but not by birth. We were dating since high school and we got married in 2015.
I was studying in Europe and my husband here in the US.
I came in February on B1,B2 visa and decided to stay with my husband.
Forms I485, I765, I130 sent to chicago lockbox: june 20
My PD: June 21,2016
Receipts on cellphone: June 30
Receipts in mail from NBC: July 7
Online status available : July 6 (case was received)
Biometric appointment in mail : July 9
Biometric appointment : july 18
Since then nothing changed. Regarding to what I read here few weeks after
The biometric appointment the online status change to RFE request or case ready for interview. Mine is still fingerprint fees was received. No news about EAD either. I think my field office in Philadelphia(I'm not sure but in PA it's Philadelphia or Pittsburgh). Someone with the same PD got an update? ?
I have a question concerning how to find a job here. I have foreign engineering degree does somebody know how to get an accreditation? If there are people with foreign diploma please share your experiences. You'll save my life.
