DELAY in USCIS Responding to Service Requests
I filed a service request on August 11 for the delay in processing of my I-130/ I-485 joint filing (with PD 1/14/16) (my location is New York City). While checking the status of my service request, I notice that the service request "hasn't even been assigned to an officer as yet for processing."
Is anyone experiencing such long delays for even a status check with a service request? Has anyone NOT got a response beyond the date of the promised response-date, which is given when the service request is initially filed)?
