After a month no sign of Biometrics mail, called USCIS and they fwd call to tier2 support which offers call back, and they would fax me my bio appointment. When I called it said 71 minutes and that I would not lose my number in line. After two hours, I called back. I told the lady that I have been waiting for 2 hours for that call back and had not received any. She then took all my information and assigned it to an officer, and told me that I would still get a call back. I waited one more hour for a call… After 3 hours, I called again to put another call back number… the other call back number was being refused so I put my number again. This time it said that my number is already waiting in line but for 214 minutes. Here is where I gave up and figured I would not receive that call ever. Shortly after that I FINALLY received a call. The officer however, was very rude or aggregated. He had the typical immigration officer tone. I answered his questions and then gave him the reason for the call. He then said, well, I see you called and someone is assigned to the case and that I would have to wait 2 - 3 weeks.
Mind you NYC is currently processing October 10th 2015... It's August 31st, I am unable to track my application online, also it has been over a month and still no biometrics.
