07/05/2016 fingerprint done.
Since then no update? Anyone know why?
On the website and I called that they only said the normal process time is five month so I am expecting to receive notice for interview.
However, I heard nothing
Case status still show
"On June 16, 2016, we scheduled you for a biometrics appointment and mailed you an appointment notice for Receipt Number IOE0900849714. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you do not receive your appointment notice by July 16, 2016, please go to www.uscis.gov/e-request to request a copy of the notice. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address."
Can I actually withdraw the case, if there is still no response?
