Anyone has had a similiar experience?
So i know i might be a little unpatient but i was a little bummed that i didnt get an approval on the spot last monday but our interview went well. I had a previous arrest about 10 years ago for a suspended drivers license and anyeay everything got taken care of with a slap on the wrist and just some paid fines.i showed the officer a sheriffs certified letter showing i had no warrants and that case had been dismissed years ago. He told me he needed the actual court disposition to make his final decision and gave me an RFE. I turned in the envelope personally to the inmigration office the next day but i have not heard anything. Has anyone gone through my same experience? Any outcomes? I could just almost taste the approval and waiting over a year for an interview wasnt fun. Btw my field office is Dallas,TX
