RFE second time
Hello Everyone,
I'm very worried because I received an update in my case on July, 22 in my I-485; at the same time My EAD was approved. I never received my second RFE. I did a services request, and they never answered, then I took an infopass appointment, and the lady suggested me that I could send a letter to National Benefit Center, I did it. When I received my first RFE they gave me 87 days for responding, but If I counted the days is (87 days - 30 days) after this they can denied my I-485. (I think it was a glitched in the system). I sent my files on December 15, 2015. I don't know what should I do ?. If someone has a similar situation, please let me know. I have applied for F2A category. My priority day is August 7, 2014. My available date was February, 2016. I have waited for 2 years. I'm not out status because I have a student visa. Any suggestion I will be appreciate.
