hello everyone PLEASE HELP ME, here is my timeline-- i married a US Citizen
Jan 15 2016: Married my spouse
Aug 9 2016: sent over I-130 and I-485 via express mail
Aug 10 2016: priority date-- packaged delivered
Aug 19 2016: received text message notification
Aug 24 2016: received 797 on the mail for I-130 and I-485
Aug 24 2016: mailed out form i-765 via regular mail
Aug 30 2016: notice of receiving i-765
Sep 6 2016: received 797 for i-765 form
However it is now Sep 7th and NO biometric appointment date has been mailed out to me yet!!?? I have called and spoken to officers and they confirmed that no bio appointment date letter has even been mailed out yet!! :( most of the people that post here have their appointment almost one month after their PD, and it has almost been a month and mine hast even been sent out yet... PLEASE SOMEONE Help me!!
