cannot track my case online after 45 days
PD for I-131 and I-485: 7/5/16, haven't heard any update yet. could use receipt numbers to track online.
PD for I-765: 07/25/16. It's been 45 days, but I still cannot track the case online by receipt number. called uscis yesterday, the lady said the case is active and still pending. I asked her when I could see the case online, she kept saying that it does not matter if you can track it online or not, and if you want to make a inquiry for the case, if has to be by the end of October. She ignored the truth that it takes up to 45 days to have the case available for tracking online, she's not helpful at all!
anybody has the same experience and timeline? any update is appreciated!
