cannot track my case online after 45 days
PD for I-765 family based GC application was 07/25/16, it has been 45 days, but I still couldn't check my case online by receipt number. I called USCIS several days after filling I-765, they said it takes about 30-45days for the case shown online. Called again yesterday, a lady kept saying that it does not matter if I can track it online or now as long as the case is active and pending, but ignored my question on when I could actually look it up online.
Anybody in the same situation? Any suggestion on when I can track my case online?
