Thoughts needed pls. US tourist Visa. Filipina
Hi immihelp. I felt really excited to see all the experiences here that got approved.

I would like to ask assistance from you guys. I, my son & my mom who is a widow and a senior citizen 66yo is going to apply for tourist visa this week and will have it sched for interview by the first week of october. I'd need your opinion if what we have are enough evidence or ties that we really are coming back after our trip to California.

So heres the story, the main applicant is my mother. I will acompany her since she is a senior & we will bring my little boy too so we could celebrate his bday there. We are planning to bisit the US before thanks giving. Good for a month then come back after new years. My mother is a widow since my father died last june 11,2015. Years back, she was granted a b1 US visa with my father. They were invited in a Business fair held in ohio. I believe that was way back 1991. My father was granted 10yr multiple visa and my mom was granted 1yr. They only stayed there for a month then came back. The next travel she had outside the philippines is in Hongkong last year, nov 2015. She was with me and my son.

The ties that she has here is a house & lot in a subd. Thats where we are living now. She also has a lot in one of our provinces. Also they recently sold our property that's also in our province. Partly of what she earned on that property eill be used for our trip to the u.s. My mother was a housewife ever since and now that my father is deceased, she is the own getting the pension every month. For me, I own a car, i am employed in a Insurance company thats based in australia. I work for them for 8mos already. I work as an underwriting officer. I earn aprx $400 a month. I have my COE as proof. And for my son he is currently a Kinder 2 student at a private school here.

Pls guys let me know your thoughts if we could possibly have our visa approved.

Your thoughts is greatly appreciated. Thank you! :)
