Is the availability of appointments for H1b visa in Toronto different for Canadian permanent residents?
I remember when I was applying for B1/2 visa, Toronto had a few and far in future appointments available for those who were not Canadian permanent resident, but for Canadian permanent residents there were many appointments available within a few weeks. So is it similar for appointments for H1b visa?
I am a permanent resident of Canada, but I am currently in US. I need to know whether I will be able to find an appointment within next few days or weeks to go to Canada (preferably Toronto) to get an H1b stamp.
