Can you change visa appointment once for Canada consulate?
Hi,
I know sometimes people cancel and appointments become available sooner. My question is if I take a further out date and then I see a more sooner date that I want to go to, can I change once for free?
Has anyone experience with changing visa appointments at a Canadian consulate?
