NO word from USCIS NYC office
My lawyer send my application for adjustment of status through marriage on August 8th checks are not cashed and haven't received anything in mail. Its really odd thats more than a month I have been reading this forum and people got their notice within two weeks
I call my lawyer he said he filled an inquiry and asked them to expedite it if possible will fill me in as soon as he receive word.
Any help in this matter will be really appreciated thank you in advance
