Adjustment of Status - I-485

Hello all! Seems like this place is very helpful and I would really appreciate any suggestions or advice on my situation.

I entered the US in 2011 on a F-1 visa and I graduated last year. I am currently on OPT which expires in January 2017. My wife and I got married last week and we are now in the process of completing all the paperwork without the assistance of an attorney. We had been dating for 3 years until I proposed in 2014 and we have plenty of pics, facebook messages, and texts to show the IO. We also have photos of myself with her family and photos of her with my family who are currently in the US as well. We moved in together a couple months before getting married and we also updated our drivers licenses to show our new address. We have a joint bank account that we use to pay some bills, she is under my health insurance, we are each others beneficiary's on our life insurances, and the lease is on both our names. She is also my emergency contact at my job. We are the same age, same race, we have the same interests, no prior marriages, no criminal records... but I am so nervous about the interview process that I just cannot stop thinking about it. From what I see, we don't have any red flags. Our interview will most likely be at the Buffalo office which I have heard really good things about.

I would appreciate any advice you might have as I am extremely nervous about all this.
