Timeline& Interview Detroit on sept 21st
Hey guys, Thank you so much for the info you put on here. I have received alot of help here. today Im sharing my experience with you guys. Hope some gets an idea of how the process works.My priority date is may 25th 2016. Below is my timeline.
Dec 18 Married USC
May 22 Application mailed i130, 1485, i1765
May 25 Application received at Chicago lock-box
June 3 received notice of action in the for all 3 forms
June 10 received biometrics appointment in the mail
June 23 Biometrics walk in at ASC in Grand rapids
July 7 RFE sent out for my I 864 requesting for a joint sponsor even though i had a joint sponsor submitted in already.
July 20 Response to RFE
July 23 Online update: Response to RFE was recieved
July 30 Case is ready to be scheduled for an interview
Aug 10 Your I765 employment authorization has been approved
Aug 12 EAD mailed to me
Aug 15 EAD in hand
Aug 18 Your case is has been scheduled for an interview for sept 21
Hope this timeline helps some one out there. Pray for me guys for a smooth interview next week. i will keep you posted.
