I want to thank this forum for helping me and many others through the immigration process, I am sure a lot of immigration lawyers will hate this forum. I got all the step by step process of filing from this forum without the services of an immigration lawyer.
Sept 25 2015. uscis received our package and the process began form there , it took about a year because as you all know Dallas X is really backlogged and the waiting time is almost endless .
Aug 15 2016 , received a notification that I have been scheduled for interview on Sept 16th .
Interview day.
The IO called us in at 11:30 am when we got to his office , he did the swearing thingy and the interview commenced. He was polite ,nice and serious at the same time which shows a good level of professionalism.
At the end of the interview , he told us he would like to review the documents we submitted. about 30 mins after I received a notification that my new card is been produced.
My advise to everyone applying, if you have a real marriage you have nothing to worry about, just be honest and calm.
