Hi,
We are both Indian citizen. My husband filed for GC under EB-1B category for both of us on February 25th, 2016. We filed concurrently for I-140, I-485, I-765 and I-131. Our I-140 got approved on Feb 29th, 2016. His fingerprinting was done on March 14th, 2016 and mine were done on April 2nd, 2016. We both received the EAD card with approved I-765 and I-131 on March 25th, 2016. So far for I-485, both of our statuses is showing as "fingerprint fee received."
I'm a little confused about I-485 retrogression news. Is that affecting our application anyway since we filed I-485 on February 25th, 2016? Also, can someone tell me what is the typical timeline to receive an I-485 adjustment under this scenario? I'm only finding information regarding EB-2 or family based immigration timeline so far.
